Applied ICT - AS GCE Unit 2: Software Applications and Tools Exam

All tasks in the Unit 2: Software Applications and Tools are shown below.... currently i have not got much screenshots but i will update this on monday.

Task: DB1

In this screenshot, I just had to add a new field to the table "AGEGROUP" in the database "rocketshakers.mdb".

Task: DB2

In this screenshot, I had to create a validation rule for the "Feecode" field in the "AGEGROUP" table.

Task: DB3

During this task, I had to create a one-to-many relationship between the "AGEGROUP" table and the "FEE" table.

Task: DB4

This task required me to insert new data into the "AGEGROUP" table.

Task: DB5

This task required me to create a query to find "all members who have not paid their fees AND who have joined before the 01/10/05".

Task: DB6

In this screenshot, it basically shows what i was to do in the previous exercise.

Task: DB7

In this task, I had to create a report which will produce details showing the "members" and their "Feecode". These details were to be "grouped by Feecode".

Task: DB8

In this screenshot, I had to create a data capture form for the "AGEGROUP" table and enter data gaven in the exam. This was used to test my Feecode validation rule.

Task: WP1

This task involved the use of a word processor to create a letterhead and use the mailmerge facility to produce a fee notification for members of the club who live in "Lisburn".

Task: WP2

This task involved me in completing the mail merge by merging the data from the query into the letter created in the previous task.

Task: SS1
This task involved the use of a spreadsheet "accounts.xls". I had to enter various data into various cells.

This screenshot shows some of the data i had to enter into some cells, this also shows the formula i used to create various information.

Task: SS2
This task involved entering even more various data into various cells.

Again this screenshot now shows even more of the data and formulas i had to enter.

Task: SS3

This task involved entering even more various data into various cells. It also involved me using the IF function to show who much deposit the member pays according to total cost.

Task: SS4

This task was just basically printing the payments in the formula view.

Task: MM1
This task was not done because I am having problems with using "Microsoft Powerpoint" and "Master SLides".

Task: MM2
This task was not done because I am having problems with using "Microsoft Powerpoint" correctly to show a neat presentation.
